We will gladly accept your return of UNWORN goods within 30 days from the date of purchase and refund you the purchase price in full. Returned shoes must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase in the original packaging and in original condition with us. Once the returned shoes have arrived in our warehouse, it may take 15 to 20 business days for your refund to be processed.
If you do not have access to a printer, simply contact your local post office in Canada with our return policy PR649494 and your order confirmation number. You will then receive a return label.
